Day 2 on the pump and I keep watching the screen to see how much is left to go. Impatient but I can’t wait for Saturday at 10.48am (I am guessing that will be the time it finishes).
Then a wait for 4-6 weeks whilst having a rest before a final surgery in late June to mid-July. It is so close. I can’t believe it is near the end. I am happy to be here.
I will write some longer posts soon as I start to come to terms with where I now find myself. My brain is addled at the moment, not knowing what to think or do in fact.
Temporary I know, as this whole journey seems to feel like a dream… soon it will be a memory.
